Built in 1958 by builder, Don Drummond. Don had previously worked with noted architects Jones and Emmons(who designed many homes for Joseph Eichler and also one for the Case Study house program) on the NBC-"Home" show house in 1955. Don asked the architects to lay out his 42 lot sub-division and prepare new designs for him to build. This house is a result of that working relationship.
